At ICA everyone is a leader

Developments around the world are resulting in new types of demands with regards to flexibility and agility – both in decision-making and implementation. Being able to respond to change and act in highly uncertain situations will become increasingly important in the future.

To strengthen leadership within the Group, an enhanced leadership model was launched during the year. It is based on the conviction that everyone is a leader – some lead others, some lead teams or projects and everyone is their own leader. And whoever they are leading, there are structures for training and learning.
